This promotion covers all race meetings and will be open until either (i) 5 days before the particular race meeting which you have entered the promotion for or, (ii) until all tickets for that particular race meeting are redeemed, whichever occurs first. The entire promotion for all race meetings will close at 23:59pm on Tuesday, November 26, 2024. 2. Tickets are limited for each event to 500 (250 pairs) and are subject to availability and will be offered on a first come first served basis. E-tickets will be sent to the email address provided from Arena Racing Company’s ticket office 2-3 days prior to the event. 4. To enter the promotion you will need to be over 18 years of age (i) choose your preferred racing event; (ii) fill in your full name and email address, (iii) click enter and if you are successful you will receive a confirmation screen and email in your inbox with race meeting information that you have claimed your tickets for. (Please also check your junk email for this email). If you are not successful (if all tickets have been taken), you will receive an on screen message. 5. Anyone who has already purchased tickets for one of the named race meetings will not be able to refund or exchange their previously purchased tickets. All entrants are limited to one pair of tickets per customer in total for one of the listed race meetings only. If you enter for more than one race meeting and you’ve already been successful with your first application, you will not be eligible for subsequent race meetings. A valid email address is required to enter the promotion and to redeem the event tickets. 6. You will be required to provide and bring proof of identity to the race meeting alongside the e-tickets provided. Entrants must be aged 18 or over. 7. There is the option to subscribe to Reach newsletters, this is not mandatory and where you do not subscribe, your information will only be used for entry into the promotion and the event and will not be used for marketing purposes. There is also an option to sign up to marketing communications from Arena Racing Company. This is not mandatory and you can opt out at any time. 8. All e-tickets must be used on the date and times and for the race meeting as detailed on the e-tickets. 11. Greyhound racing is subject to weather. So please check the relevant racecourse website or social channels for updates before travelling. 12. Should the fixture be abandoned tickets won’t be valid for an alternative date. 13.
