Woman ‘raped in BMW automobile showroom’ – as police arrest man, 34, in reference to alleged sexual assault
A woman was allegedly raped in a BMW car showroom as police have now arrested a man in connection to the sexual assault.
The attack reportedly took place at Peter Vardy BMW on Seafield Road, Edinburgh, at around 1.35pm on Sunday, November 3, as per the Daily Record.
A 34-year-old man has since been arrested in connection to the incident, but was released pending further enquiries.

A Police Scotland spokesperson said: ‘Around 1.35pm on Sunday, 3 November, 2024, we received a report of a serious sexual assault of a woman at a premises in the Seafield Road area of Edinburgh.
‘A 34-year-old man was arrested in connection with the incident and released pending further enquiries which remain ongoing.’
