Woman with £2m property empire says ‘shallow’ males nonetheless do not take her severely
A busty beauty has revealed that she has built a multi-million pound property empire by letting men gawp at her.
Kayla Jade, an OnlyFans model, has a £2m portfolio which includes a £1.7m four-bedroom house on the Gold Coast in Australia. The seafront house has a swimming pool and a she also owns a £300,000 three-bed house nearby, which she rents out.
Kayla, who rakes in around £40,000-a-month through OnlyFans – also drives a £125,000 Mercedes. “I’m proud of what I’ve achieved in such a short space of time,” the 25-year-old said.
“It’s more than a lot of people do in their entire lives. I didn’t grow up with lots of money and I’ve always had a desire to have nice things. Despite only being 25 I’ve achieved that. I’m really savvy with my money and while I like the finer things in life I also invest in things that hold their value. That’s why I want to keep buying property.”
Despite her business acumen, Kayla revealed that lots of “shallow” men never listen to a word she says and just “constantly stare” at her breasts.
“It’s like I’m a blow up doll or a piece of meat,” she said. “I could be saying a building’s on fire or their wife has been run over. They are blatantly not listening to a word I say. I shouldn’t be judged for having large breasts. I like to feel attractive and sexy so dress accordingly.
“That doesn’t give shallow men the right to gawp at me. I’m an intelligent and successful entrepreneur. They wouldn’t judge a man in that way. And my success speaks for itself. I’ve got two properties and will buy more as time goes on. I’m on the way to being able to retire in my 30s. Not many people can say that so I’d say I’m pretty smart.”
Kayla, who hails from New Zealand but now lives on Australia’s Gold Coast, believes that her career choice is an “inspiration” to lots of other women and she describes herself as a feminist.
“I really think I’m inspiring the next generation of women to achieve their dreams,” she said. I am a feminist in a way because I talk a lot about women’s rights and their welfare. I don’t think that I or other women should be judged for what they do as long as it isn’t hurting anyone else.
“I think everyone should have the right to do what they want with their body. It shouldn’t be a problem the way I chose to make my own money. I think that what I’m doing is really inspiring for other women who may be thinking about what career to pursue. And they should be free to choose without fear of being judged or shamed by others.”
“That’s the message I want to send home.”
Kayla created her OnlyFans account in 2022. She previously worked as a personal trainer but wanted more from life than it could provide. Quickly after she started performing in 2022, she was earning in excess of £15,000-a-month.
She said: “I’m happy making money and showing other women that they can do it too.”
