‘Crotch circles’ have appeared beneath Luton’s flight path
Appearing like some sort of mysterious vaginal crop circle, someone mowed the lawn under Luton’s flight path overnight to showcase different ways to trim the bush.
A number of mown “crotch circles” have popped up in Hitchin showing off some of the most popular styles for hair down there in the UK. While more interesting styles could include a bikini mullet, a bikini fade or a bikini bob even, the crotch circles feature a Hollywood, the Bikini and the Brazilian.
A study, thankfully, looked into the most popular ways British ladies like to style their bush. It found the Hollwood, the removal of all pubic hair so that it leaves the vagina looking like boiled chicken skin, is way out in front, accounting for almost 70% of sales.
The Brazilian, which removes almost all pubes apart a clump along the vagina, which is affectionately referred to as the landing strip, followed in second place. The Bikini, which gets your bits beach ready, came in at third.
Further research, based on a sample of 2,000 women, revealed 14% preferred a “classic” bikini line, which follows the knicker line, which begs the question, what else would it follow?
While 20 per cent like a “gentle trim”, the same amount prefer to rip everything off and relive their prepubescent glory. The research also found that 51% of the women feel more confident after they’ve mowed the lawn into their style of choice.
Liz Williams, Laser Clinics UK’s COO which commissioned the study, said: “As with many things in life, trends come and go, and hair down under is no different.
“The research found that right now, there is no one style that’s really popular, it’s quite an even spread.
“In recent years, we’ve seen an increased acceptance of diverse grooming choices, reflecting a shift towards body positivity and autonomy.
“Where once the beauty industry leaned heavily towards a singular look, typically emphasising minimal or no pubic hair, today we see a broad spectrum of grooming preferences celebrated.”
Other popular bush styles included trimmed, which is a pruned bush, the Au Natural, which is a full bush, and the Triangle, a small bush.
