Sky worker dies after falling from ‘nice top’ at headquarters in west London

Sky have confirmed that an employee has died after ‘falling from a great height’ at their studio headquarters in west London

The unknown individual fell from one of the buildings at the sprawling complex on Grant Way in Osterley early on Monday morning.

Emergency services deployed rapid response paramedics but the person was sadly pronounced dead at the scene.

Following the tragedy, the Sky team issued a Siren alert to all employees asking them to work from home if possible, as the multistory carpark 2 and the Harlequin Avenue entrance would be shut due to ‘an incident being investigated’.

A source told MailOnline that the campus was ‘swarming with police’ and forensic tents had been erected by the time people began filing into the office.
