Britain’s most boring calendar dubbed ‘excellent for individuals who admire huge empty areas’

If you wanted a calendar that will make you count down the days till next year, then this is it. The UK’S most boring calendar has gone on sale.

It features the 12 ‘best lock ups’ in the country with snaps of the “hottest” storage units from across the UK, which are each captioned with their location and size.

Makers Access Self Storage said their tongue-in-cheek 2025 planner had turned “the humdrum world of storage into an unexpected celebration of minimalism”.

And while they admitted it was “possibly the most boring calendar ever”, they still hoped some buyers would be enthralled by the quirky product.

The hilarious calendar starts with a cosy 9 sq ft locker in Fulham.

It then progresses through the UK’s most notable storage units, including a sleek bright yellow corridor of unit doors in Portsmouth.
December is considered the “star of the show”, with a spacious 700sq ft unit in Harrow that is “perfect for those who appreciate the beauty of vast, empty spaces.”

Other notable highlights include a glimpse inside a corridor of blue doors at the Access Self Storage site in Southampton for March.
While in February, buyers will get to gaze at a neat, accessible 30sq ft unit in Barking.

A spokesperson for the firm said all the proceeds from the calendar would be donated to Cancer Research.

And they said it would make the “perfect” holiday gift for anyone with a penchant for lock-ups.

They said: “Whether you’re looking for a light-hearted gift, a piece of novelty art for your home, or simply want to support a great cause, the Storage Unit Calendar is a gift like no other.”
