Mohamed Salah internet value, faculty sweetheart spouse and residential set as much as sculpt unreal physique

Few footballers globally can match the prowess or status of Liverpool‘s superstar forward Mohamed Salah.

The ‘Egyptian King’ has been on fire this season, scoring goals left, right and centre, and at times single-handedly clinching victories, leading the Reds to the top of the Premier League and Champions League with his brilliant performances.

Salah played a crucial role in Arne Slot’s team’s 3-2 away triumph over Southampton at the weekend with a brace of goals, which extended their lead to eight points over second-placed Manchester City – who travel to Anfield on Sunday knowing that a defeat would cast them 11 points adrift of the league leaders.

The only thing currently missing for the 32-year-old is a new contract that would keep him at Anfield. The former Chelsea forward recently revealed he hasn’t heard much from the club about a potential new deal, stating he was “more out than in” and yet to receive an offer, with his current deal set to expire in June, reports the Mirror.

For now however Salah continues to drive Liverpool forward and here’s everything you need to know about the legendary star, who since arriving on Merseyside has established himself as one of the greatest players British football has ever seen and an icon of the Arab world.

He is believed to be raking in approximately £350,000 per week at Anfield, which amounts to around £18m annually, although his deal is said to also include a number of performance-related bonuses, potentially taking that figure even higher.

Salah has a sponsorship deal with sportswear and equipment supplier Adidas: he wears a special edition Adidas X Crazyfast+ football boots called Egyptian Nights.

In another study published by Harvard Business School, Rammy Abbas Issa, Salah’s long-term advisor and friend, suggested that considering image rights and commercial activities, Salah could potentially earn around £1m every week. Taking all of the above into account, it’s estimated that Salah’s annual earnings range between £46.8m and £53.7m.

Salah is active in regeneration projects in Nagrig, his hometown where most people live in poverty, donating money to help build a school and hospital. The project includes the construction of an Al-Azhar institute and an ambulance unit. In an interview with Al-Masry Al-Youm, Salah’s father claimed his son refused to accept any financial assistance with the project.

Childhood sweetheart wife

Salah’s wife, Magi, has been a constant presence throughout his football career. The couple share a lifelong bond, having grown up together in the same village in Egypt and met while still at school. They attended the Mohamed Eyad Al-Tantawi School and make a point of returning to their homeland during Ramadan, allowing Salah to distribute his wealth among community members.

The duo tied the knot in 2013, just before Salah’s move from Swiss team Basel to Chelsea. They are proud parents to two daughters, Makka – named in honour of the Islamic holy city of Mecca – and Kayan. It’s also worth noting that his wife Magi is an Alexandria University graduate with degrees in biotechnology under her belt.

House like a hospital

As evidenced by his sculpted physique, which he proudly displayed after scoring the decisive goal against Southampton, Salah has devoted everything to his football career. Despite being 32 and potentially nearing the twilight of his career, Salah boasts the fitness, speed, and physique of individuals several years younger.

To maintain this level of fitness, Salah has had to forego the aesthetics of certain parts of his home. In a chat with France Football, Salah revealed the sections of his house he has dedicated to personal fitness.
