Tesla Cyber Truck crash leaves three lifeless and one significantly injured after automobile recalled six instances in a 12 months
A Cybertruck – Tesla’s futuristic car by Elon Musk – has contributed to the deaths of three people and left another seriously injured.
The truck was said to crash and catch fire in Northern California. While the direct cause of the crash has not yet been confirmed, local authorities claim that the speed of the vehicles likely played a part in the devastation. Piedmont Police Chief Jeremy Bowers attended the situation and said officials will continue to look into the incident to see what happened.
The crash took place around 3.10 am Wednesday as the victims were driving home from a so-called “function.” Another person from the event was driving home in a separate car and was able to pull over when they saw the crash take place.

No further information was given by police as they say the immediate family of the victims have asked for privacy. Nothing else about why the car crashed has been released, either.
Tesla Cybertrucks have a large lithium-ion battery. But Piedmont Fire Chief Dave Brannigan said the speed in extinguishing the flames meant it was unlikely that it was a battery fire. He called the incident “more along the lines of a typical car fire,” according to AP News.
He continued: “there’s no indication that there were mechanical effects that were the primary cause for the collision.”
Tesla Cybertrucks had been recalled for faults six times over a year. It has been on sale for around of year, and was most recently recalled on November 5 because a fault in an electric inverter can cause the drive wheels to lose power.
Before that, 27,000 Cybertrucks wer recalled due to delayed rear-view camera images that could impair driver visibility and increase crash risks.
