Liam Payne had put his £3.2million five-bed Buckinghamshire mansion up on the market within the month earlier than he died
Liam Payne‘s £3.2 million home in Buckinghamshire had gone up for sale a month before his sudden death in October.
The former One Direction star, 31, bought the five-bed mansion in Foxwood, Chalfont, St Giles in November 2021 to be near his ex Cheryl Cole and their seven-year-old son Bear, who live close by.
According to the Rightmove website, Liam – who was laid to rest on November 20 after he tragically plunged to his death from a Buenos Aires hotel balcony in October – had put the property up for sale in September.
The detached property, which sits on six acres of land and has a swimming pool, a stable and an annex, had been listed for £3.25 million, but at the time of writing no longer appears for sale on the property site.
Reasons for the late singer listing the house are not known, but he had recently moved into a $9,500-a-month mansion in Florida with his girlfriend Kate Cassidy just weeks before his death.
The singer’s St Giles neighbours recently spoke of their shock at his death – and paid tribute to the ‘top bloke’ who they said was a popular part of the community.

Paying tribute to the star, neighbour Thomas Evans told MailOnline the singer was a ‘very genuine and humble person’.
‘He lived a quiet life here. He was a private guy – but he was a warm person who would always greet you with a smile and would stop to talk for a while.’
The star’s sudden passing shocked the world and shattered the hearts of millions of adoring fans who witnessed Payne’s rise to fame after joining boy-band One Direction in 2010.
With a loyal fan base of ‘Directioners’ they became one of the most successful boy bands of all time.
After the group split in 2016, Liam embarked on a solo career which failed to match the success of One Direction.
He was also open about struggling with his mental health and alcohol amid the pressures of fame.
His former band-mates were seen reuniting at his funeral, as Harry Styles, Zayn Malik, Niall Horan and Louis Tomlinson joined friends and family at the service for Liam.

Also among the mourners was Liam’s girlfriend Kate, actor and presenter James Corden, former footballer Robbie Keane and music mogul Simon Cowell who put One Direction together.
Prosecutors in Argentina said that Liam had traces of alcohol, cocaine and a prescription antidepressant in his system when he fell to his death from the third-floor balcony of his room at the Casa Sur Hotel in the Argentine capital on October 16.
Three people have been charged over his death, one with ‘abandonment of a person followed by death’ and two with ‘supplying and facilitating the use of narcotics.’
