Tesco points ‘don’t eat’ warning over standard Christmas social gathering meals

Tesco has issued a “don’t eat it” warning to customers after recalling a batch of its party food.

The recall pertains to a specific date code of Tesco 8 Chicken Tsukune Skewers, 280g due to an incorrect Use by Date code.

The packs mistakenly display December 23, 2024, instead of the correct date, December 10, 2024.

This misprint could potentially pose a health risk if the product is consumed beyond its actual shelf life. Customers who have purchased these skewers are being strongly advised not to consume them, reports the Express.
