Major UK grocery store to open a number of new shops right this moment – see full record
Aldi is to open four brand new stores as it continues to rapidly expand across the UK.
The new stores will open all on the same day, December 5 in, Bristol, Tyne and Wear, Greater Manchester, and in Banffshire. For the exact locations, keep reading.
These new openings come after a wave of Aldi stores hit the UK in recent weeks, in Sedgley in the West Midlands, Horsham in West Sussex and Muswell Hill in London.

Aldi has set the target of opening 1,500 stores in the UK as part of their commitment to provide high–quality products to more UK customers at unbeatable prices. The the 4th biggest supermarket in the UK, has put in major financial investment to meet this goal with the company investing £800 million in expanding its UK footprint this year alone.
To celebrate the opening of these new stores Aldi has invited customers to join them on Tuesday December 5th, each new store will host a Team GB Olympic medallist to cut the red ribbon to mark the new stores for their grand openings.

The Team GB medallists will also be giving out bags of Aldi’s famous Super 6 range to the first 30 customers in the queue prior to delivering a motivational assembly to children from schools in the local area as part of Aldi’s get healthy eating initiative, Get Set to Eat Fresh.
