Melania Trump Reveals How Barron Trump Was ‘Very Vocal’ In His Father’s Campaign

Melania Trump praised her son, Barron Trump, on Friday as she weighed in on the “advice” he offered his father, Donald Trump, during his successful 2024 campaign.

“He is a grown young man. I’m very proud of him about his knowledge, even about politics and giving an advice to his father — he brought in so many young people,” said the incoming first lady of her 18-year-old son with the president-elect in an appearance on Fox News’ “Fox & Friends.”

Her comments arrive roughly a month after Time magazine reported that the president-elect’s campaign identified young men as a key voting cohort they hoped to “win over” that interacted with politics through “edgy bro podcasts and social media.”

The campaign reportedly got the help of Alex Bruesewitz, a 27-year-old GOP consultant, to compile a list of online podcast personalities for Trump to possibly speak with.

The president-elect told Bruesewitz to “Call Barron and see what he thinks and let me know,” according to Time.

The older Trump also appeared on podcasts by the Nelk Boys, Joe Rogan and Logan Paul.

Melania Trump told “Fox & Friends” hosts that her son, a freshman at New York University, “knows his generation.”

“Because nowadays the young generation, they don’t sit in front of TV anymore. They’re all on the tablets, they’re on the phones, and all of these podcasts and streamers,” she said.

“He was very vocal and he gave an advice to his father and was incredible how he brought in a success because he knew exactly who his father needs to contact and to talk to.”
