Noel Gallagher LASHES again at Robbie Williams with weight jibe after the ex-Take That singer slammed the Oasis tour over controversial ticket pricing
Noel Gallagher has hit back against fellow musician Robbie Williams in an ongoing feud after the ex-Take That singer blasted the Oasis ticket prices at a private event.
In his speech at last week’s launch of his new biopic, Better Man, Williams, 50, ridiculed Oasis for insisting they did not have a say in the surge pricing.
Putting on a Mancunian accent and acting innocent, Williams said: ‘Oh there is no way we would have…’ referring to the dynamic ticket pricing.
Noel, 57, responded to the dig with his own, while celebrating the hanging of his photograph at the National Portrait Gallery: ‘Oh yeah? Well I’m glad he’s given up on dynamic eating!’
Williams spoke out last year about his disordered eating and his battle with anorexia that led him to eat one banana per day at the height of his struggles with weight.

Noel Gallagher’s daughter Anais, 24, celebrated her father’s photo hanging in the National Portrait Gallery’s permanent collection on the same night he hit back at Williams for his ‘dynamic eating’
Noel Gallagher’s photograph will hang in the National Portrait Gallery’s permanent collection as part of a series of portraits taken by celebrity photographer Zoe Law.
Speaking about the shoot, Noel said: ‘What happened is, I agreed to do it [the shoot] through a friend of a friend. When I got to the studio, she wouldn’t fucking shut up talking.
‘Then she sent me all the contacts and I hated every one of them because I didn’t know she was taking pictures she was chatting away there.
‘I knocked them all back. I was in a bit of a bad mood that day. I hadn’t eaten all day I was a little bit hungry.
‘And then it was years later that she called me and said the National Portrait Gallery want to put this in the permanent collection.
‘And I was like ‘send it to me’ and she sent it to me and I was like ‘oh it’s fucking brilliant!’ and she said, ‘but you hated it!’
‘But it’s such an honour to have it in here and for it to be displayed permanently.
‘I was trying to explain it to my mum who’s 80 odd and she’s Irish and she couldn’t quite grasp that it’s going to be here forever.’

Guitarist of The Smiths Johnny Marr was among the guests at the National Portrait Gallery to see Noel Gallagher’s portrait
Noel’s 24-year-old daughter Anais and guitarist of The Smiths Johnny Marr also celebrated Noel’s photo hanging in the National Portrait Gallery’s permanent collection.
Noel also claimed he and his brother will not fall out during the tour, confirming the end of their 15-year feud.
‘There won’t be any fights. I can’t see a situation that would arise. We’re too old to fight,’ Noel said.
According to Noel, his mother Peggy Gallagher ‘couldn’t give a s***’ about the brothers’ fighting. ‘My mum never gave a s***, never,’ he said.
Speaking on how preparation is going for the 2025 Oasis tour, Noel said: ‘Haven’t started yet. We don’t start prepping till next May. We’re all still working on our solo careers!’
