Jon Stewart on Monday said Donald Trump reminded people of his penchant for strange greetings during his weekend trip to Paris, France, for the reopening of the Notre Dame Cathedral.

It was a flashback to “how fucking weird he is about shaking hands,” he joked.

The “Daily Show” host played a montage of the president-elect’s interactions with world leaders. “Top-down, up down, bottom, side to side, grab it, hit me on the flippety,” Stewart commented.

“You fucking won. You won,” Stewart said. “You don’t have to push merch any more. I find it hard to believe I’m saying this, but it’s beneath you.”
