P Diddy stays in jail till May 2025 after main replace however now he has a laptop computer

Father-of-seven and rapper Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs continues to deny all charges following his arrest in September as new documents reveal how the 55-year-old will be dropping his attempts at getting bailed

P Diddy is set to remain behind bars until his trial after dropping his requests for bail. The music mogul, 55, has been in jail since his arrest in September.

Now, according to court documents, Sean “Diddy” Combs has decided to drop his attempts to be released until trial. He’s previously been denied bail three times and will remain locked up in Brooklyn, New York, until his trial begins on May 5, 2025 and has also had dozens of civil cases filed against him.

It follows his arrest on charges of sex trafficking and racketeering. Documents obtained by PEOPLE have revealed he has decided to drop any further requests. He’d previously made bids for a temporary release on September 17, 18 and November 27.

The father-of-seven is accused of being the ringleader of a “criminal enterprise”. It also alleges he “abused, threatened, and coerced women and others around him to fulfil his sexual desires, protect his reputation, and conceal his conduct”.

In the meantime, the rapper, also known by his stage name Diddy, and formerly Puff Daddy and P. Diddy, has daily access to a laptop following a decree signed by a federal judge. The document, obtained by E! News, stated: ” “The MDC is ordered to give Defendant access to the Discovery Laptop seven days per week from 8:00 AM to 3:30 PM.”

This is allowed in his unit’s visiting room or his VTC room. The laptop, however, is not to be used “to take or store notes”.

If he would like “broader access” to the device his legal team needs to go to the Bureau of Prisons (BOP) and “consider any reasonable proposals in good faith.”

Combs’ lawyers had previously claimed he had been subjected to “untenable” restrictions relating to the laptop and have accused the government of trying to monitor his handwritten notes.

Lawyers alleged prosecutors had obtained attorney-client privileged material from the disgraced hip-hop mogul’s cell, which outlines witnesses and potential strategies after they were seized by investigator.

They too alleged this breached their client’s Fourth, Fifth, and Sixth Amendment rights. Diddy has denied charges of racketeering conspiracy, sex trafficking by force, fraud, or coercion, and transportation to engage in prostitution.

Over 30 civil cases have also beem filed against Mr Combs, many of which involve accusations of sexual assaults dating back to the 1990s.
