Fox News Host Hurls Sexist Jokes At Justin Trudeau Over His ‘Feminist’ Jab At Trump
Fox News hosts ridiculed Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau for calling himself a “proud feminist” as he criticized the U.S. for electing Donald Trump over a woman for the second time.
Speaking on Tuesday at a gala in Ottawa for Equal Voice, a charity that works to improve gender representation in Canadian politics, Trudeau suggested that the U.S. election had been a step backwards in the “march towards progress.”

“Women’s rights and women’s progress is under attack, overtly and subtly, but I want you to know that I am and always will be a proud feminist,” he said.
The Canadian prime minister’s remarks came after Trump mocked him recently, referring to him as the governor “of the Great State of Canada.”
“Could a counterpunch get any lamer?” Fox News host Kayleigh McEnany said Thursday on “Outnumbered” after showing Trudeau’s remarks.

Fellow panelist Lisa Kennedy Montgomery seemed to have trouble with the concept of a male feminist.
“No, I watched that and I went, ‘Wow, Justine Trudeau,’” she commented.
“What brand of tampons do you use?” she added. “Such a proud feminist. My goodness. I’m trembling with fear. Please don’t invade us with your soy boyness.”
Trump has been trolling Canada after threatening to impose massive tariffs on Canadian goods when he takes office. Trudeau met with Trump in Florida last month to discuss the matter.

During that meal, after Trudeau expressed concern about the effect the proposals would have on his country’s economy, Trump reportedly joked that if Canada can’t handle the tariffs, it should become the 51st U.S. state and Trudeau could be its governor.
