Wetherspoon announce large menu adjustments beginning inside days
Wetherspoon has announced a range of food and drink deals that will be available from January 2 to 16. The sale includes discounts on different parts of the menu
Wetherspoon has revealed a menu revamp set to kick off next year. The pub giant, boasting around 770 establishments across the UK and Ireland, is set to treat customers with a variety of food and drink deals.
As part of the chain’s sale, pubs will offer discounts on select menu items from January 2 until January 16. The same deal applies in Scotland from January 3 until January 16.
The discounted fare includes a burger meal deal, complete with chips and a soft drink, for £4.99 or £6.52 if paired with an alcoholic beverage. Options include a 3oz American burger, 3oz classic beef burger and a Crunchy chicken strip burger.
A breakfast deal is also on offer at £2.99, which includes unlimited refills of coffee, tea, hot chocolate or any soft drink. This price also covers any breakfast muffin, wrap, butty or roll.
Vegetarian alternatives are available for both the burger and breakfast deals. Drink deals start from just 99p for a pint of beer, reports the Express.

Customers can enjoy Worthington’s for 99p, Ruddles Best, Greene King IPA for £1.29, Belhaven 80 Shilling and Doom Bar for £1.49. Meanwhile, a 250ml glass of Coldwater Creek wine will cost customers £2.49.
This price applies to a selection of wines including Chardonnay, Pinot Grigio, Rosé and Merlot. .
Also featured is a low-alcohol and alcohol-free selection, with prices beginning at £1.49. This features Guinness 0.0 percent (538ml), 0 percent cocktails, Gordon’s pink gin 0.0 percent (single measure, served with a mixer), Corona Cero (330ml), and Stella Artois Alcohol-Free (330ml).
Soft drinks such as Pepsi Max, Pepsi Max Cherry, and R White’s lemonade are £1.49 each. Free refills on coffee, tea, and hot chocolate are £1.29 each.
However, these aren’t the only offers available in January. According to the Wetherspoon’s website, it states: “Also in January, customers can continue to save on autumn deals, which have been extended.”
“These include Bud Light (pint), Stowford Press (pint), Au Vodka (single measure, served with a mixer) and XIX Vodka (single measure, served with a mixer) for £1.99 each; Carling (pint) and Coors (pint) for £2.99 each, in the majority of pubs.”
Prices and participation in the January sale may vary between pubs.
