At least 10 injured in a New Year’s Day nightclub taking pictures in Queens
A nightclub shooting in Queens, New York, has left at least 10 people injured, according to police.
On Wednesday night, gunshots rang near the Amazura event hall on 144th Street and Archer Avenue in Jamaica, Queens at around 11:20 pm, according to AMNY.
At least three people who were shot walked into a local hospital to seek medical attention.
Several others were taken to the hospital by EMS, according New York Police Department (NYPD).
A spokesperson from the NYPD told DailyMail.com that no one taken to the hospital so far is in critical condition.
The NYPD spokesperson confirmed that police are investigating a grey sedan in connection to the shooting, but no suspects have been identified yet.
According to Citizen App – where footage of the crime scene has been shared – the vehicle has New Jersey license plates.

Police have allegedly found multiple bullet shell casings near the club after several cops cars and emergency vehicles responded to the scene.
The circumstances surrounding the shooting are unknown.
The NYPD spokesperson told DailyMail.com that there were at least 10 victims, but some local outlets have reported at least 11. The exact number has yet to be confirmed.
The New York City Fire Department (FDNY) said at least 11 people were transported from the venue to the hospital, according to Daily News.
In April, Amazura was the site of another shooting. A man in his 20s was shot in his left leg and a 56-year-old man’s head was grazed by a bullet, AMNY reported.
