Debenhams huge low cost as £100 Marc Jacobs fragrance is now £36

Bargain hunters are in for a treat as Debenhams slashes the price on a popular Marc Jacobs perfume. As part of the early January sale, the Honey eau de Parfum, usually priced at £99, is now just £36.

Described as a “sunny, enticing floral” scent, this 100ml golden-bottled beauty is a steal. The designer fragrance mixes pear and mandarin with honeysuckle, orange blossom, peach, honey, vanilla, and wood notes.

Similar bottles go for almost triple digits elsewhere, making this deal a must-have while stock lasts. Shoppers have been buzzing about the perfume, and many have shared their satisfaction, reports the Mirror.

One gushed that it was their “favourite scent” whilst another added: “Elegant bottle. The perfume is divine and long-lasting. 100ml is very generous for a perfume of this quality. Very good value for the price.”

A third shared: “Perfect daytime perfume. Hard to find, so glad that Debenhams have it!” Someone else said: “A light, bright, floral perfume with a hint of spiciness. A good everyday perfume.”

However, not all feedback was glowing. One customer claimed the scent “doesn’t last more than a few hours”. Another suggested the fragrance was “a bit basic” and “not worth the expense”.

Alternative floral perfumes can be found in other stores. Cosmic by Kylie Jenner, for example, features notes of blood orange, red peony accord, and vanilla musk, and is available at Boots starting at £34 per bottle.

Fans of the perfume have praised it as “the BEST perfume” and “a lovely timeless scent”, although some have noted that it may not be very potent, requiring multiple sprays to be noticeable.

Also, Next’s Silver Aura perfume, priced at £16, has been compared to the more expensive Thierry Mugler’s Alien. Some customers claimed that it “smells unreal” and say they have often received compliments on its expensive-smelling scent.
