Stomach-churning horror ensued after ‘gang rapist’ playboy twins noticed schoolgirl in Aspen, lawsuit claims
Playboy twins Alon and Oren Alexander were stopped in their tracks by a 17 year-old girl in an Aspen nightclub who Alon later subjected to a brutal rape, it is claimed.
Maylen Gehret alleges she was raped by Alon, 37, in a Colorado hotel room while his real estate tycoon twin Oren attacked her friend on another bed.
It comes as Alon was denied bond over federal rape charges against dozens of other women between 2010 and 2021.
Oren will have to wait until next week for a decision in his case, while their co-accused older brother Tal Alexander, 38, was already denied bond.
Gehret met the twins at the Bootsy Bellows nightclub in Aspen in 2017, according to the lawsuit.
She claims Alon asked her age and told her he ‘likes high school girls’ before handing her an alcoholic drink which she believes may have been spiked.
The then-underage schoolgirl and two friends were invited back to the twins’ room at The Little Nell where all three were attacked, with Gehret raped so violently it caused her to ‘hemorrhage’, the filings state.

The now-25-year-old claims that after the alleged assault, Alon forced her to shower and unlock her phone so that he could follow himself on Instagram from her account, even sending a message that read: ‘Hey babe’.
Gehret is seeking an unspecified amount of damages to be determined by a jury trial.
Her allegations are the latest to be volleyed at the Alexanders, who have been accused of drugging and raping dozens of women over a ten year period.
The twins face additional charges of sexual abuse stemming from alleged incidents in Miami.
Gehret’s claims bare haunting echoes of the ‘playbook’ described by prosecutors who have charged the brothers with sex trafficking.
Gehret was sought out by Alon after he spotted her at the nightclub, the lawsuit states.
His accuser claims she informed him of her age, but he handed her a drink anyway.
‘Defendant Alon Alexander told Maylen that he loved the fact that she was in high school and that he liked high school girls,’ the filings state.

However, shortly after consuming the beverage ‘Maylen started to feel out of it, as if she had been drugged,’ according to the lawsuit.
Her lawyers describe how Alon allegedly pulled up her shirt to look at her abdominal muscles and called his brother over to look too.
In a ‘hazy’ and ‘limp’ state, she agreed to go back to the twins’ hotel room on the understanding they were having a party there, Gehret claims.
‘When Maylen arrived at The Little Nell, upon seeing where Defendants were staying, her stomach dropped, and paralyzing fear had set in,’ the lawsuit reads.
‘Maylen had presumed a residence unit at The Little Nell would consist of multiple rooms, but it turned out to be one room with two beds and no separate sitting area.’
Gehret claims that after one of her friends passed out on the bed next to her, Alon attacked her.
‘Maylen was feeling extremely uncomfortable and did not want to be there, but she felt stuck and unable to extricate herself due to the effect of the alcoholic, and potentially spiked, drinks and Defendants’ aggressive behavior,’ the lawsuit states.
She managed to flee into the bathroom but was pursued by Alon who locked the door and raped her against a counter, according to the filings.

He then ordered her to shower and hand over her phone, Gehret alleges.
At the same time, Gehret claims that Oren had stripped her friend and was attempting to rape her, but she managed to fight him off.
Gehret alleges she then noticed that Alon intended to go for her other friend.
‘When Maylen realized that Defendant Alon Alexander intended to victimize Witness Two, she began to gather her stuff,’ the lawsuit stats.
‘Meanwhile, Witness Two was not getting up and Defendant Alon Alexander was shoving his hand down Witness Two’s pants. At that time, Maylen announced that she and Witness Two were leaving.’
All three brothers are facing federal sex-trafficking charges that carry a maximum sentence of life in prison. Oren and Alon are also being slapped with sexual battery charges in Miami.
Oren is facing three charges of rape connected to separate incidents in Miami, and his twin has been charged with one.
Oren and Tal own high-end real estate brokerage Official, which they set up together following their time at Douglas Elliman, which was featured on the TV show Million Dollar Listing.

When the rape allegations broke, all three brothers shirked the limelight, locked down their social media and attended fewer high-profile events for the six months before they were hit with the slew of charges.
The brothers all remain in custody after Alon’s request for bond was denied despite his lawyer outlining several mitigations he was willing to make to prevent his client absconding.
However, U.S. Magistrate Judge Eduardo Sanchez deemed that Alon remains a flight risk due to his family’s massive wealth.
Oren’s pre-trial release hearing was postponed until January 7, meaning he faces another weekend behind bars.
