Lily Phillips has sparked serious concern with her latest bombshell. The adult actress, who shot to fame after her 101-men-in-a-day ‘challenge’, has made a heart-wrenching comment about “self respect” that’s left many feeling forlorn.

In a candid chat with podcast host Shizzo, the 23-year-old Derbyshire native admitted: “None of it mate. Out the window,” when quizzed on her self-respect. Lily, who has been open about the emotional impact of her “intense sex marathon”, confessed: “I don’t even know what self-respect means at this point.”

This follows her behind-the-scenes reveal of the viral feat in October, documented in a YouTube video titled ‘I Slept With 100 Men in One Day’.

Here, she detailed the logistics involved, from ID verifications to handling no-shows. Yet, during the 48-minute documentary, the ex-Sheffield University student alarmed fans as she tearfully described the ordeal as “not for the weak.”

Now, her followers are voicing increased worry for her mental health. Continuing her discussion with Shizzo, she said: “I think I just don’t know the meaning of it” but insisted: “I respect myself, I guess.”, reports the Mirror.

A segment of the conversation has blown up on social media, with the video now amassing 250,000 views. Many viewers confessed to shedding tears after hearing Lily’s ‘painful’ revelation.

Comments flooded in, with one saying: “I just want to hug her” and another declaring: “Wow. This one is painful.”

A further reaction came from someone who posted: “I feel so sorry for her” accompanied by a crying emoji. Diving deeper into her OnlyFans journey, Lily, who is on a quest to be with 1,000 men in a single day, shared with YouTuber Josh: “It’s not for the weak girls if I’m honest – it was hard. I don’t know if I’d recommend it. It’s a different feeling. It’s just one in one out, it feels intense.”

On being questioned by Josh about the intensity of the experience, she broke down, admitting: “Definitely.”

Despite the tears in the footage, Lily assured her followers that she’s in good health and mentally robust.

In the documentary, she uncovered the strategy behind her unique content, asserting: “You have to stand out with unique content. You have to be different… Because there are so many people on OnlyFans.”

The trend towards producing more extreme content on social platforms has sparked concern among fellow creators and the audience. Film actor Alex Le Tissier, appearing in a documentary, expressed his worries saying: “I just think it’s really sad. I just worry about her mental health. I’m hoping it’s a hoax and it’s not going to actually happen, I don’t know. From what I’ve seen of her. I think she’s young and beautiful, I just don’t think she has to sleep with a hundred guys in one day for attention.”

As boundaries continue to be pushed by content creators to gain and keep followers, there are online calls emerging to ban these platforms due to the perceived lack of safeguards.

Despite reaching out, The Mirror has yet to receive a response from OnlyFans regarding their safeguarding policies. Meanwhile, Lily, who embarked on her channel while at university, has admitted moments of self-doubt when observing her friends in relationships, revealing: “There are days when I’m sat here on a Sunday, my friends have all got boyfriends, and I see a comment, and people are like, ‘no one is ever going to marry you’ or something like that. And that can definitely make me feel a little bit like, oh god. Have I chosen the wrong career?”

The adult film star also discussed how her parents, who are generally supportive, have expressed concerns about her love life. She revealed: “Yeah, I talk about this a lot with my parents. Because I guess that’s one thing they worry about is like, ‘will you ever find – boyfriend’. But you know, there’s so many guys in the world, I think you know one poor b******’s got to marry me. I think it’s either going to be someone from the industry or someone who is into lending me out.”

Lily’s views on marriage and relationships have shifted significantly over time, and she no longer considers sex to be “special”.

She explained: “I actually wanted to wait for marriage at one point. I just used to think it was a really special thing. As soon as I actually did it, I kind of realised that it wasn’t special. And also that I just really loved it and really enjoyed it and that I wanted to do it way more often.”

Although Lily has reservations about recommending sleeping with 100 men in a short period, she is reportedly preparing for a 1,000-men event this month. Experts have sounded the alarm that our current digital environment, which amplifies viral content, might be endangering online content creators.

Speaking to the Mirror, cyberstalking expert specialist Demelza Luna Reaver from The Cyber Helpline warned: “In terms of the trends developing, there are always concerns that these can become quite dangerous. And when I say dangerous, I mean in terms of security and safety.”

She stressed the perils of oversharing, stating: “More personal information is being shared. I know that in the documentary there was a conversation around personal commissioning for videos. One-to-one videos, and so on. And it’s ensuring that, if this is participated in, what level of detail is being shared? Is there still a safety barrier between the creator and the person who is purchasing that video or any type of content for that person? Or are they sharing personal details with a person online that they’ve never met, and it could put them at risk in the future?”
