Andrew Tate to run for UK Prime Minister in BRUV get together however public satisfied it is a joke
Controversial media personality Andrew Tate has announced that he wants to ‘run for the Prime Minister of the UK’, and has claimed to have started his own party, the ‘BRUV’ party
In a recent series of posts on X/formerly known as Twitter Andrew Tate announced he wants to “run for Prime Minister of the UK.” The Romanian-based influencer, along with his brother Tristan, have been battling criminal charges from Romanian prosecutors since 2022 which include human trafficking.
The media personality labelled himself as the most famous man on the internet and highlighted a Cypriot YouTuber was able to use his influence to get elected to the European Parliament.
He wrote: “At the time of great awakening and distrust in the political class. Stranger things have happened.” Tate has claimed “I am 100% serious. I am in the next election” and announced the creation of his political party, the BRUV Party.
The controversial media personality ’s ‘party’ does not appear to be registered with the election commission despite Tate having created a website and a social media account for it on X.
Social media users have been perplexed with this recent announcement from the controversial influencer. One user highlighted: “You cannot run to be Prime Minister in the United Kingdom, you [redacted] idiot.”
Another said: “Andrew Tate needs to sit this one out. His record on sex trafficking is not looking good.”
A final user welcomed Tate’s political ambitions and said: “I’m all for Andrew Tate starting a political party in the UK if it means splitting the 16-25 year old incel vote.”
Tate has repeatedly posted a link to the alleged party’s page in which its ‘core values’ are placed front and centre and it reads: “The war is to reclaim Britain. No excuses, no compromise, no second chances. We will defend our boarders, crush crime, purge corruption, and restore pride to a nation under siege.”
In response to Tate’s newfound political ambitions, standing politicians and former election candidates announced their overwhelming lack of faith in the influencer.
Labour MP Emily Darlington said: “Britain has struggled with division over the last few years. But despite what it looks like online British values are still intact – Tate will discover that we will not vote for a misogynist charged with sex trafficking and rape in this country.”
The Count Binface, the satirical novelty candidate, declared: “I beat Britain First. I’ll gladly beat Andrew Tate second.”
