Outrage as grownup man in Speedo is caught twerking in youngsters’s fountain
A Speedo-clad man has sparked outrage for dancing provocatively in a children’s-only fountain in Brazil as young kids splashed around him.
Video footage shows the nearly nude man standing directly above a stream of water and twerking inside the fountain at Gonzaguinha Beach in São Vicente on Saturday.
A bevy of boys and girls could be seen running near him as he smiled mischievously at the camera.
The unidentified man’s bizarre behavior was swiftly condemned by São Vicente Mayor Kayo Amado.
‘He’s an idiot,’ Amado said in a post on Instagram.
‘There’s simply nothing to say to a guy, an adult, who’s shaking his hips and doing that kind of thing in the middle of children in a fountain that was made for children.’
Signs posted around the fountain prohibit adults from jumping in unaccompanied by children.
‘Honestly, this type of behavior will not be tolerated,’ Amado added.

The mayor’s office has provided footage to the São Paulo Civil Police in hopes of identifying the man.
Viewers were taken aback by the lack of response from parents and blasted the man’s behavior.
‘A lot of moms there and no one cares! one person wrote in response to the mayor’s post. ‘Ridiculous what he’s doing…zero respect.’
‘An absurdity. Kids must be respected,’ another added. ‘Scenes like this, in the eyes of minors, are disrespectful.’
Known as the Fountain of Children, the play place was constructed by the city in an area of the beach that had once been abandoned.
