Is Alex essentially the most harmful Traitors contestant EVER? He barely will get any airtime and nobody can bear in mind his identify… so is the care dwelling supervisor hiding an enormous secret that may get him to the ultimate?
The third series of the popular BBC show, hosted by Claudia Winkleman, returned to our screens this month and has already got fans hooked with the nail-biting twist and turns – but one star continues to fly under the radar.
So far, the contestants have only managed to sniff out ONE of the Traitors – Armani, 28.
The likes of Dan, 33, Elen, 24, Kasim, 33, Nathan, 39, Tyler, 29, have been banished after their wrong guesses, and Keith, 65, Livi, 26, Maia, 25, and Yin, 34, have all been murdered.
Poor Jack, 25, has most recently been eliminated
But one person who has kept a low profile is care manager Alex.
The Traitors 2025 star Alex has had barely any screen time – does this make him the most dangerous player yet?
The Traitors returned to our screens earlier this month for a third series
The 29-year-old, from Whitby, has barely got any airtime and viewers can’t remember his name.
Alex is also the only person from this year’s cast who doesn’t have an open Instagram – meaning that he’s not interested in building a social media following.
He boasts just 1,033 followers on the social media platform and his bio states: ‘Frequent user of the words cripes and jeezo. All about that peace and love man. The Traitors – Series 3 Cast.’
Not only that, he was also the first person to rumble Traitor Armani.
And former Traitors’ star Paul Gorton, who starred in last year’s series, believes that his lack of screen time could mean that something big involving him is coming.
Could that mean that he is a finalist?
Writing on X, Paul said: ‘Really like Alex too, seems smart and staying hidden.’
A fan replied: ‘Agree on Leanne, but Alex has just been a non-event to me. I feel like a lot of us are forgetting he’s even there.’
Alex is still part of the competition – how long do you think that he will stay?
But Paul pointed out: ‘Which is perfect – apart from a if the Traitors do a random kill to stir things up.’
Another questioned: ‘You think staying hidden works or eventually causes more suspicion?’ And Paul replied: ‘Works in the first 3/4 of the show, remember ALL the finalists blended in… Harry, Mollie, Jaz and Evie – Andrew not so much.’
A third asked the reality star about how ‘representative’ the edits are.
Paul explained: ‘I’ve never watched an episode and thought that didn’t happen that way etc.
‘The producers have to pick the main topics from that days filming so if people feature less it’s literally because they weren’t part of that main story.
‘Those not featured normally play a part later…’
Meanwhile other fans have taken to X, formerly known as Twitter, to share their thoughts on Alex.
One person shared Alex’s promo picture and asked: ‘Who the f**k even is this btw?’
Former Traitors star Paul thinks that Alex is playing the ‘perfect’ game
Paul has hinted that he thinks Alex will play a big part in the series later on
This sparked a huge conversation between viewers.
One said: ‘Couldn’t tell you’, while a second confessed: ‘Today was the first time I ever noticed him’.
Another speculated: ‘As we’ve not heard much from him, probably a finalist.’
A third tweeted back: ‘I still don’t know his name.’
A fourth said: ‘Think he’s the bookies favourite to win,’ and another said ‘The ultimate disguise innit.’
Others think that Alex is going to go far in the competition while another added: ‘If they’re getting no airtime now it’s because they make it far and will get a lot later.’
Speaking about the reason why he decided to apply for the show, Alex said: ‘Well, the first time that I watched the show, I thought the whole concept was so cool.
‘Psychological warfare AND a game show.
Many viewers have shared their opinion on Alex on X, formerly known as Twitter
‘I watched it with my mother-in-law, and she said, “I think you’d be really good at this.”
‘I mulled it over, watched the second season, and had seen that you could apply for the next.
‘And I thought, you know what, I think I’m going to do that.’
