Jude Bellingham has reportedly been on a house-hunting trip to view two luxury £27million mansions next-door to each other in the same upmarket Madrid neighbourhood.
Spanish website El Confidencial had reported the story, claiming one of the properties was set to be for the Real Madrid star and the other was to be for his doting mum Denise and the rest of the family when they are in the Spanish capital.
The outlet had even claimed Bellingham purchased both houses on the exclusive La Moraleja neighbourhood north of the Spanish capital which is the area where former Real Madrid footballer David Beckham bought a home after joining the club.
However, sources close to the footballer said the reports about Bellingham buying two of the three homes built as part of The Trilogy project in La Moraleja were incorrect.
The source said: ‘He did visit the houses but decided against purchasing them.’
Two of the properties have been completed and another is a couple of months away from being finished, although all three remain empty at the moment.

The Trilogy project was launched by Madrid-based firm Threeseven and designed by Valencia-based architects Fran Silvestre Arquitectos.
The Valencia-based firm says on its website the properties include ‘equipment and uses that go beyond a conventional home’ and feature a gym, sauna, indoor and outdoor pool, cinema and wine cellar.’
It adds of the villas: ‘They integrate strategies and technologies that allow reducing the amount of water consumed, improving their efficiency with the use of renewable energies and guaranteeing internal environmental quality.’
The group of three homes, offering spectacular views of La Moraleja’s prestigious golf course, are called Villa Lavan, Villa Lago and Villa 18.
El Confidencial claimed each house was described as being 1,000 square metres each with gardens double that size.
The 21-year-old England international, who signed for Real Madrid on a £220,000-a-week six-year contract in June 2023, has spent most of his time since he moved to Spain staying at a £5.5m property in the gated VIP bunker neighbourhood of La Finca, a 15-minute drive north west of the city centre in the upper-class suburb of Pozuelo de Alarcon where the likes of Cristiano Ronaldo still owns a mansion.
He is understood to be renting there and sharing with his mum who aids him in the handling of his schedule and other affairs.
Bellingham has recently been romantically linked to Barcelona-born pop star Aitana – full name Aitana Ocana Morales – by the Spanish press.
Sources close to the footballer denied the claims that Bellingham had purchased the mansions

David and Victoria Beckham (pictured in 2003) bought a mansion in the same exclusive La Moraleja neighbourhood when the former England captain was playing for Real Madrid
Neither the footballer or the singer have commented on the rumours.
Former England captain David Beckham and his designer wife Victoria bought their old home in La Moraleja in June 2005 from a French couple for £3m.
They sold it to a wealthy Spanish entrepreneur who headed a plastic waste disposal firm for £4.2m nearly ten years later and eight years after they moved out.
Posh and Becks lived in rental properties before finding their dream home, which boasted an outdoor heated swimming pool, tennis courts, a small football pitch and a children’s play area.
They spent £350,000 refurbishing the five-bed house, set in two acres of land, after consulting a Feng Shui expert.
Police were called twice while they lived there – once after complaints from neighbours about noise when Becks celebrated his 31st birthday with a May 2006 party and six months later when three Japanese journalists mistaken for armed raiders sneaked into the grounds.
Victoria and youngest son Cruz, then just 19 months, were inside the mansion at the time.
A uniformed security guard pulled his revolver on the three men fearing they were a gang of hardened criminals and six police cars raced to the house before the intruders were released after proving their identities.
Beckham offered to rent the property to ex-Real Madrid star Kaka when the Brazilian joined the Spanish club, but the striker eventually decided to move to La Finca.
