A police tent was also set up to shield the man’s body from public view.

Shocked residents recalled hearing a ‘commotion’ shortly before midday.

A woman was woken by the sound of voices, including that of a man saying ‘get the dog, get the dog’.

She claimed that shouting and fights were a common occurrence in the area next.

‘It’s horrifying living here,’ the mother-of-three told the Daily Telegraph.

‘It’s crazy, but you’ll expect an incident to happen at least once a month.’

Witnesses and anyone with any information are urged to call Crime Stoppers.
