National Lottery winner given deadline to assert £1m prize after strolling round unaware for 150 days as pressing name is made for gamers to test their tickets – might or not it’s YOU?
A lucky National Lottery winner has just over four weeks left to claim their £1million prize – or face losing their huge windfall forever.
The seven-figure jackpot has gone unclaimed for 150 days now, and an urgent call has now gone out for players to check their tickets.
The winning UK Millionaire Maker slip was purchased in the London Borough of Lambeth on September 3, last year.
Its owner now has until March 2 to claim the huge jackpot, the National Lottery has said.
The million-pound windfall is one of several unclaimed National Lottery jackpots across multiple games – including the EuroMillions, Lotto and Set For Life draws.
Winners have just 180 days from their winning draw to claim their prizes.
The Lambeth ticket holder’s deadline is the most urgent out of all the outstanding claims.
The news comes as a search for the British winner of last Friday’s eye-watering £83million EuroMillions jackpot continues.

It’s been a week since the lucky person bagged the life-changing sum of money, which will put make them one of the country’s wealthiest people.
Matching all five numbers and two lucky stars, the unknown person became the nation’s first EuroMillions winner of 2025.
The numbers drawn were 2, 11, 19, 30 and 49, with the two lucky stars being 3 and 8.
Allwyn, the lottery operator, is still awaiting the winner to come forward and claim the prize.
Andy Carter, senior winner advisor for Allwyn, said: ‘What a way to start the year’.
Mr Carter added: ‘I can’t believe there’s one lucky ticket-holder out there who hasn’t claimed this incredible EuroMillions jackpot prize – there are 83,474,081 reasons for them to check their ticket straight away!
‘It’s only been six days since the EuroMillions draw but, we’re waiting with bated breath to pay out this latest huge winner.
‘We’re urging all EuroMillions players to check their paper tickets to see if they are our missing multi-millionaire.’
Another huge unclaimed prize is a £1million Lotto ticket bought in Sefton on December 7, with the winner having until June 5, 2025, to claim.

In Kent’s Sevenoaks District, a Set For Life winner has yet to claim their windfall of £10,000 every month for 30 years, totalling a staggering £3.6million.
The Set For Life ticket was purchased on October 24, 2024, and must be claimed by April 22, 2025.
The Sefton ticket holder matched five balls and the bonus ball, with the winning numbers being 9, 12, 14, 26, 35, 42 and Bonus 18.
