Body of second lady is present in river in police seek for two sisters who went lacking in Aberdeen

The body of a second woman has been found in the search for missing sisters Eliza and Henrietta Huszti, who went missing in Aberdeen last month.

Police Scotland mounted a huge search after the 32-year-old siblings, who were from a set of triplets, were last seen near the River Dee on January 7.

Yesterday the force revealed a woman’s body was pulled out of the river after being spotted near Queen Elizabeth Bridge at about 7.55am.

While the woman found yesterday is yet to be formally identified, police said the family of Henrietta had been informed – and there were no apparent suspicious circumstances.
