Mikel Arteta reportedly passed up the chance to sign Alvaro Morata due to concerns over his lack of intensity and ineffective pressing.

According to The Independent, Arteta didn’t want to just add “a body” to the team, staying true to their long-term business plans, reports the Mirror.
