Arguably the greatest coach in NFL history, Bill Belichick, was pictured alongside his 24-year-old girlfriend as they hit the red carpet ahead of the Super Bowl
Bill Belichick, former coach of the New England Patriots, was pictured on the Super Bowl red carpet with his girlfriend who is a whopping 48 years younger than him.
The 72-year-old sporting icon was the head coach of the Patriots from 2000 to 2023. Belichick and quarterback Tom Brady were the feared duo who spearheaded the Patriots dynasty. When the two were together, they got to nine Super Bowls, winning six of them.
After his departure from coaching in the NFL, it was reported in June last year that the ex-coach, who was born in 1952, was dating 24-year-old Jordon Hudson.
In fact, the couple had apparently been dating for two years before that but were able to keep it a secret. The pair allegedly first met on a plane in 2021, when Hudson was still in college.. She was a cheerleader at Bridgewater State University.
TMZ reported that they were sat next to each other on the flight and Belichick signed one of Hudson’s textbooks. Four years later, and the couple are now hitting the red carpet together at the Super Bowl Honors red carpet.
Former NFL stars who played under Belichick haven’t treaded lightly when joking about their former coaches new partner. In fact, they haven’t held back at all.
Appearing on The Roast of Tom Brady, Belichick found himself on the end of some serious digs. Tight end Rob Gronkowksi joked: “Coach, you used to talk about Foxborough High School when we sucked.
“But now I know why you were so obsessed with Foxborough High School: you were scouting your new girlfriend.”
Brady also took a hit when he said: “When somebody asked me which ring was my favourite, I used to say, ‘The next one.’ Now that I’m retired, my favourite is that Ring camera that caught Coach Belichick slinking out of that poor girl’s house at 6am a few months ago.”
Meanwhile, legendary rapper Snoop Dogg also joked about their relationship when he took the stage for his monologue at the NFL Honors 2025.
He said: “I’ve been a football fan for a long, long time. I remember back when the Cowboys was good. I remember back when the Chiefs was bad. And I remember – what was it? Bill Belichick’s girlfriend wasn’t even born yet.”
Since their relationship became official, Hudson has posted multiple pictures of the two together. Whether it be on holiday, or at an event that Belichick is attending, they look very happy together, despite the notable age gap.
