President Donald Trump‘s mugshot is framed and hung right outside the Oval Office new pictures from the White House reveal.
The mugshot was first noticed on social media as it poked through the door of the Oval Office in a photo shared by Trump staffer Margo Martin.
DailyMail.com confirmed the image in photos taken by media photographers during a meeting between President Donald Trump and Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi.
The door to the Oval Office was left open, allowing the view into the hallway outside.
Trump’s decision to hang the photo outside the Oval Office insures that everyone who goes into the room to meet the president will recall just how far he has come since that day.
President Trump made history as the first former president to get his mugshot taken after he was arrested and fingerprinted at the Fulton County jail in Atlanta in October 2023.
Trump was charged with 41-counts in Georgia, by prosecutor Fani Willis, who indicted him for trying to overturn the results of the 2020 election.
Trump famously stared into the camera with a glowering look as jail officials took his picture.

The former and future president proudly shared the image during his campaign as a sign that his enemies were conducting ‘law fare’ against he and his presidential campaign.
‘ELECTION INTERFERENCE NEVER SURRENDER!’ he wrote on X, sharing the photo shortly after the mugshot was taken.
The images was later used for campaign merchandise, t-shirts, and mugs as his supporters celebrated his defiance.
It also helped him raise millions of dollars for his 2024 presidential campaign.

In December, Trump asked the Georgia court to drop the case after winning the 2024 election, as his attorney noted a sitting president was ‘completely immune from indictment or any criminal process.’
‘President Trump respectfully submits that upon reaching that decision, this Court should dismiss his appeal for lack of jurisdiction with directions to the trial court to immediately dismiss the indictment against President Trump,’ the filing read.
A state appeals court subsequently removed Fulton County District Attorney Fani Willis from the case, after it was revealed she had a romantic relationship with special prosecutor Nathan Wade.
