Tragedy as Hamas’s youngest hostages age 2 and 5 confirmed useless in addition to mum
The two youngest hostages kept by Hamas are dead along with their mother, the terror group said.
Kfir and Ariel Bibas were kidnapped on October 7, 2023 by Hamas, with Kfir never celebrating a birthday in freedom after being taken when he was just nine-months old, the Mirror reports.
Israel has not confirmed the news, saying only that it has “grave concerns” about the family. The terror group claims they died in an Israeli airstrike early in the conflict. The father and husband Yarden Bibas were also kidnapped but released this month. The case of the Bibas family has deeply moved Israel. Last year, hundreds of people gathered in Tel Aviv to mark Kfir’s first birthday, dubbed “the saddest birthday in the world”.
