Donald Trump might make UK the 51st US state and King Charles ‘wouldn’t be secure’

EXCLUSIVE: Donald Trump wants all and sundry to be either a part of the United States or to bow down to it, and it’s possible the UK could do either one of those

United States (unstable) President Donald Trump is seemingly intent on trying to expand America at all costs. From Greenland to Canada, Trump claims the US needs a 51st state.

But what if he looked further afield… like, to the United Kingdom. Prime Minister Keir Starmer has form when it comes to caving in to world leaders (bye, Chagos Islands), so it wouldn’t be out of the question for him to agree to hand over our entire landmass to the brazen billionaire.

So with that in mind, the Daily Star turned to an AI software owned by the best mate of Trump, Elon Musk.

Grok is an AI-powered large language model extension to social media site Twitter/X, and we asked it what the top five things Trump would do should the UK became part of the “land off the free” – and it seems like King Charles would not be safe.

We also asked Grok to depict the situation as well.

Grok’s prediction for fate of a Donald Trump-run UK:

Dissolve the Monarchy:

Trump might move to dissolve or significantly alter the role of the British monarchy, seeing it as incompatible with US democratic principles. This would involve either redefining the Queen’s (or King’s) role or removing it entirely, which would be symbolically and culturally significant.

Overhaul Legal and Judicial Systems:

He would likely aim to align the UK’s legal system with that of the US. This could include adopting aspects of the US Constitution, replacing the UK’s judicial system with one more akin to the American model, and potentially influencing the appointment of judges sympathetic to his political views.

Implement US-Style Economic Policies:

Trump might push for economic policies similar to those he enacted or advocated in the US, like tax cuts for businesses, deregulation, and possibly protectionist trade policies. This could involve transitioning from the pound sterling to the US dollar, although this would be an extremely complex process.

Cultural and Educational Reforms:

He might seek to influence or reform education to reflect US values or educational standards, possibly promoting American history and culture more prominently in UK schools. This could also include policies aimed at cultural assimilation or promoting “American values” in media and public life.

Security and Defense Integration:

Trump could push for the integration of UK military forces into the US military structure, possibly withdrawing from or altering UK’s commitments to NATO or other international alliances to align with US foreign policy. This would involve significant changes in military command, intelligence sharing and defence strategies.

However, Grok did warn: “These actions would meet with tremendous opposition, legal challenges, and would likely be seen as an unconstitutional overreach by both UK citizens and international observers.

“The actual implementation would face countless logistical, cultural, and political obstacles, making this scenario more a thought experiment than a realistic possibility.”
