Eerie 131-year-old ‘psychic’ novel reveals Trump’s son may have ‘epic rise to energy’
The internet has been left perplexed by a 131-year-old book – some have claimed the book predicts the ‘epic rise to power’ of President Donald Trump’s youngest son
A pair of 19th-Century novels have catapulted the internet into chaos as conspiracy theories say the books predict the rise to power of Donald Trump’s youngest son. Some netizens are calling the author of the book either a psychic or a time traveller as the book eerily chronicles events with a shocking similarity to current events today.
Fuelling these theories the book name drops a number of individuals who are alive today and one of the protagonists in these novels has the same name as the youngest son of President Donald Trump, Baron Trump.
In the book titled ‘Baron Trump’s Marvellous Underground Adventure’, protagonist Baron is even advised by an elderly mentor with an eerily similar name to his father Donald Trump, with the fictional mentor named Don.
In the novel ‘Little Baron Trump’, he is a wealthy, aristocratic young man who lives in Castle Trump, a fictional location with surprising similarities to the real life Trump Tower.
The resemblance don’t end here, as the fictional president in the novels even appoints a member to his cabinet named ‘Pence’ – resembling Trump’s former Vice President Mike Pence who served during Trump’s 2017 to 2021 administration.
The two “fictional” novels titled Baron Trump’s Marvellous Underground Adventure and The Last President were written by American lawyer and novelist Ingersoll Lockwood, and were published in 1893 and 1896 respectively.
Despite the book The Last President not featuring the character of Baron Trump, the book has eerie political parallels to recent events that have happened in the last several years in the US.
The author depicts a world where news causes a stir in the “upper portions” of the city, who become “paralyzed with a nameless dread”.
An early chapter of the book reads: “Mobs of vast size are organising under the lead of anarchists and socialists, and threaten to plunder and despoil the houses of the rich who have wronged and oppressed them for so many years.”
Conspiracy theories believe the books could hint at Baron Trump’s rise to power in the face of the political chaos of the modern era.
However, historians are far from convinced by this wild speculation and argue that the books are works of fiction and not prophetic visions of a possible future.
The novels both have a pretty good review score on Amazon UK with ‘Baron Trump’s Marvellous Underground Journey’ sitting at 4.4/5 and ‘The Last President’ landing a respectable rating of 4.3/5.
