Dozens feared lifeless after hearth in North Macedonia nightclub

Dozens of people are believed to be dead or injured after a fire at a nightclub in North Macedonia early on Sunday.
The blaze broke out at the Pulse nightclub in Kocani town at around 3am (2am GMT) during a performance by the band ADN and spread to the ceiling and roof of the club, which burned quickly.
Local media say as many as 50 people may have been killed and many more injured , but there is no official confirmation yet.
Those injured were taken to the Kocani General Hospital, where they are still receiving medical care.
“The number of victims and injured in the fire is being determined,” the public prosecutor’s office said in a statement.
As many as 1,500 were said to have been attending the concert.
It is believed the fire was caused by the use of pyrotechnics, according to Nova Makedonija.
