Michigan hospital shooter arrested after opening hearth in Troy parking zone: Live updates

A Michigan hospital worker has been arrested after allegedly shooting a colleague in the medical facility’s parking lot.
The incident at Corewell Health Beaumont Troy sparked a huge manhunt after the suspect fled the scene on Thursday morning.
A 25-year-old victim was shot twice in the arm and is being treated in the hospital where he is in a stable condition.
Corewell Health Beaumont Troy, located 24 miles north of Detroit, was placed on a lockdown and terrified staff were forced to barricade themselves inside amid the chaos.
Police have since announced they have apprehended the suspect and said the hospital is in the process of resuming normal operations.
