The singer, 39, recently revealed she’d undergone a boob job as it emerged her ex David Harbour, 49, had a three year affair during their marriage.
Lily put on a very leggy display for the outing in a skimpy black mini skirt which she teamed with a pale pink sweater and leather jacket.
Completing the edgy look with dark tights and towering platform boots she kept a low profile behind a pair of chic shades.
The Smile hitmaker listened to her head phones and puffed on a cigarette while toting her essentials in a leopard print tote bag.
Lily arrived in a taxi with her dyed red locks tied in a messy bun, before later leaving with them perfectly styled in loose waves.

On Wednesday Lily stunned in a new swimsuit-clad snap as she showed off the results of her recent breast augmentation.
She looked relaxed and happy on a ‘mini break’ as she lounged by a spa pool and revealed the results of her recent surgery for the first time.
The mother of two looked incredible in a simple black swimsuit which showcased her enhanced assets, as she went make-up free for the fresh-faced photo.
The British star, who wore her red locks swept up into a messy bun, appeared to be taking some time out following the public revelation about her marriage.
Lily was said to have been left in ‘agony’ when she allegedly found that her husband, Stranger Things star David, was using the celebrity dating app Raya.
But apparently what the British pop star did not know was that David had also been having an affair for at least three years with a colleague.
The Daily Mail has been told that the American actor was romantically involved with a younger costume designer, whom the Mail chose not to name.

She told her close friend Miquita Oliver on their Miss Me? podcast this week: ‘How do I feel about ageing? Well, I just got some additions to the family – don’t know if you’d noticed?’
Miquita told her: ‘I noticed because you pulled your top off a month ago and showed them to me. I was like ‘absolutely incredible’.’
Lily, who turns 40 in May, continued: ‘They look really incredible when I take my top off, and my bra off, but there’s definitely a contrast in age between my breasts and my face.

‘I’m like 40, 18, 40, 18. I’m just thinking ‘maybe I get the BBL (Brazilian butt lift) next’. I quite want the bum.’
Lily added on her new boobs: ‘There’s a thing that happens a few months after you get them which is they drop and fluff.
‘So they’re still quite high and they’re still quite hard. When they drop and fluff they feel like normal boobs.
‘So I haven’t got to drop and fluff yet, I’m very much looking forward to that.
‘I feel like it’s really fun. I’m like buying fancy lingerie that my boobs can actually fit in and taking pictures on my phone.
‘Haven’t sent them to anyone yet, but it will hopefully get there at some point.
‘On my 40th birthday I’m going to drop and fluff.’
