‘Dobby the drug lord’ jailed after flogging cocaine sporting Harry Potter elf masks
Lewis Breen-Ledger, 19, disguised himself as Dobby from Harry Potter as he went about his drug-dealing business. He has now been caught and sentenced to four-and-a-half years meaning he is no longer a free elf
A drug-dealing Harry Potter super-fan has been nicked after selling class A drugs disguised as Dobby.
Lewis Breen-Ledger, 19, went under the name ‘Dobby’s Packs’ on Instagram and Snapchat where he offered a “menu of different drugs“.
Breen-Ledger also advertised 24/7 collections for his customers as well as postal deliveries to various locations.
Police raided his home on May 30 last year and seized hundreds of pounds of cash, cocaine, cannabis, ketamine, scales and three zombie knives.
Officers also discovered a rubber mask and figurine in the style of the Dobby character from Harry Potter.
Breen-Ledger was arrested before being released on bail while police conducted further enquiries.
However, Breen-Ledger rebranded his social media account to ‘Highland Exotics’ and started drug dealing again.
Officers carried out a second search at his home in Halesowen, West Mids., and seized a mobile phone and cannabis.
Breen-Ledger admitted to all drugs offences and was jailed for four-and-a-half years at Birmingham Crown Court last Thursday (March 27).
He was also sentenced for two unrelated driving offences.
The first was causing serious injury by dangerous driving after a woman in her 60s was run over on her bicycle on October 19, 2022.
He was also sentenced for causing serious injury by careless driving after a man in his 50s was hit while crossing a road in Rowley Regis, West Mids.
Detective Sergeant Adam Buzzard, from West Midlands Police County Lines Taskforce, said: “Our investigation discovered Breen-Ledger had been supplying class A and class B drugs since he was 16 years old.
“He showed a brazen disregard for the law, maintaining his drug dealing whilst on police bail.
“We will continue to pursue criminals harming our communities through drug supply and they will be brought to justice.”
