Liz Truss makes us want net had not been invented as she plots personal social media platform
Usle e Liz Truss is launching her own “free speech” social media platform this summer
Lettuce loon Liz Truss will copy Donald Trump by launching her own “free speech” social media platform this summer. The past its sell-by-date vegetable is still bitter about becoming Britain’s shortest serving PM but reckons she is still destined to rule the UK.
She previously revealed her plans for a new wacko network but has now given a time frame for the bonkers vanity project. The wilted leaf said: “We are planning to launch it in the summer of this year, and there will be more news about it fairly soon, but I can’t say anymore at this stage.”
Loopy Liz spoke about her dream of Britain having its own version of Trump’s Truth Social in “the home of free speech” in Bedford. She told attendees who had wasted between £250 to £1,000 to hear her speak: “It is not enough just to get into No 10.
“You might think you can just get into No 10 and sign things off, you can’t. What I’m now thinking is we need a media network to be able to communicate to people so we can have a grassroots movement that is really demanding change of our leaders.”
The Number 10 flop is convinced there is a “deep state” conspiracy working as “barriers to our plans”.She claims she has “10 years to save the West” and her social media network is key to her vision.
Liz, who failed to outlive the Daily Star’s own famous lettuce after lasting just 49 days in Downing Street, added: “I want to see a massive change in Britain.”
But political expert Alex Thomas, of the Institute for Government, accused her of shooting herself in the foot with her wild claims.
He added: “Blame is seductive, and sometimes necessary.
“However, Liz Truss’s deep state delusions have undermined any serious arguments she might make.”
The Daily Star recently reported that Nigel Farage likened the Orange Manbaby to “Lettuce” Liz Truss and said he’s done “too much, too soon” with economic policies.
Reform UK boss Farage, who is often accused of sucking up to the US President, compared him to Britain’s shortest-serving PM, who was accused of crashing the economy with her mini budget in 2022.
After China upped its tariffs to 125%, Farage said: “I think Trump did too much too soon. Rather like Liz Truss did a couple of years ago.
