Peter Toole punched the female cop and kicked her in the head as she lay on the ground defenceless on the ground in a violent attack caught on shocking camera footage

This is the moment a topless thug kicks a defenceless female police officer in the head after exposing himself to a woman in a field.

Pervert Peter Poole, 43, punched the cop and her male colleague as they handcuffed him on suspicion of flashing. As the female bobby fell to the ground, Poole then booted her in the head.

In shocking bodycam footage shared by Cheshire Police, Poole can be heard calling her a “little pig” as she cries out in pain after his attack.

Poole, of Runcorn, pleaded guilty to exposure, two counts of assault occasioning actual bodily harm and possession of cannabis and was jailed for 21 months at Chester Crown Court.

Police bodycams captured the moment the officers approached him in a park as he lay topless in a field on April 30. The male officer explains they were investigating reports that someone matching his description was seen flashing a woman. He replies: “F*** me, how big was his d***?”

As the cop asks for his details, Poole tells him to “shut up”, ranting: “You’re not getting no f***ing details from me mate. Do you know who I’m f***ing with? Obviously not.”

He went on: “Find out who I am yeah. Get through on your radio and find out who I am yeah.” He then handed over his “passport and ID” while taunting: “Big man, big man.”

As the female office attempted to handcuff him, he refused to hand over his left wrist before turning violent. The bodycam footage ends as he kicks the woman in the head.

Cheshire Police said when the male officer came to his colleague’s aid, Poole got on top of the him and tried to assault him further. Eventually, they managed to overpower Poole and arrest him as they waited for backup.

Speaking after sentencing, Detective Sergeant Ceri Davies said Poole had “caused distress to a woman who was simply going about her day by exposing himself”.

She added: “Poole then went on to assault two police officers who were just doing their job.

“No-one goes to work expecting to be physically assaulted and while the nature of policing means officers will have to deal with challenging situations, that does not mean they should expect to be subjected to violence, especially being punched and kicked.

“Thankfully, the officers brought Poole under control and only suffered minor injuries, but it is clear from Poole’s behaviour that he intended to cause a lot more harm.”
