Prison officer jailed for filming cell intercourse with lag reveals cryptic tattoo within the solar

A former prison officer who was jailed for romping with a lag has been freed and seen sporting a new “love” tattoo.

Linda de Sousa Abreu, 31, was snapped lapping up the sun while scantily dressed in shorts, a sports bra and a polka-dot bandana. The married former guard was also showing off some new ink on her neck – the word “amor”, which translates to Spanish for “love”.

Abreu was spotted on Saturday near her home in Fulham, West London. The charming piece of skin decor appears right in the centre of her neck under the chin. “Amor” is all-capped, in a squiggly black font similar to how you’d imagine the famous pirate Black Beard might have written his name.

A neighbour said: “It doesn’t look like what has happened has impacted her at all. She looks like she is loving life.

“She’s smiling, enjoying the sun and got a new tattoo. I think she will try and launch a new career making the most of the fame she got.”

While working as a prison officer at HMP Wandsworth, Abreu was caught in the act with notorious serial burglar Linton Weirich.

Linda, who also works as an adult model, was first exposed by The Sun a year ago when it was revealed that footage of the clandestine activities had been posted online.

In the video, the prison officer and the inmate are seen getting fully intimate in the cell, all while her officer radio continued to broadcast information about other inmates.

In January, Abreu, who appeared on Channel 4’s Open House, was found guilty of misconduct in a public office during a hearing at Isleworth Crown Court and was sentenced to 15 months behind bars. Now, just five months after her sentence was handed down, Abreu has been released, having served just one third of her prescribed sentence.

The former prison guard was reportedly been let out on licence early due to a new initiative aimed at relieving overcrowding in jails, allowing well-behaved inmates to walk free after serving just a third of their sentence.

Yet the move has sparked outcry; ex-Met Police sleuth Peter Bleksley slammed the practice to The Sun, saying: “This is a shocking example of soft justice. Where’s the deterrent when sentences and time served are as short as this?”

The Ministry of Justice retorted, clarifying in an official statement: “Offenders released on licence are subject to strict conditions and can be recalled to prison immediately if they break the rules.”

This implies that should Abreu get caught indulging with prisoners in the next ten months, she’ll find herself back behind bars to sit out her full term.
