When Kylie Jenner hit the red carpet with Timothee Chalamet this week, she proved their romance was officially still on.
It was the ultimate power move for the makeup mogul, 28, who had remained quiet in the face of ongoing split rumours.
As, unlike her famous siblings, Kylie always maintains a dignified silence in the wake of internet gossip.
Despite being the youngest member of America’s most famous family, Kylie has proved that she won’t be swayed by her relatives as she’s forged her own unique path in Hollywood.
The Kardashians are famed for their reality TV show, with their appeal being that they told the public about every aspect of their lives.
Yet when it comes to Kylie, she has taken a step back from baring all and being embroiled in public feuds, instead taking on a classy vow of silence.

Proving that it is possible to live a private life as a celebrity, Kylie’s first pregnancy remains one of the best kept secrets in showbiz, with the reality star only being caught on camera a handful of times in nine months.
She then dropped the bombshell she had given birth with an emotive video which sent her fans into a meltdown.
Kylie later told Vogue Australia of her decision: ‘I knew that it would be better for us, if me and Stormi just stayed kind of low-key.
‘Your hormones are going crazy and your emotions are more heightened, and I just felt like I wasn’t prepared to… I just knew that it would be better for me, and I could enjoy the whole experience if I did it privately.
‘I just felt like it was a sacred special moment and I wasn’t ready to share it with everybody. I just wanted to keep that to myself.’
Kylie shares daughter Stormi, seven, and son, Aire, with Travis Scott – whom she split from in 2022.
The couple had an on/off romance that started in 2017, yet despite their many splits – and rumours that Travis had been unfaithful – Kylie refused to address any gossip.
She has only spoken fondly of her children’s’ father, simply confirming they had split by tweeting: ‘Travis and I are on great terms and our main focus right now is Stormi!! Our friendship and our daughter is priority.

Kylie has also refused to badmouth ex-boyfriend Tyga – who she dated on and off between 2014 and 2017.
Asked about the split by Andy Cohen, Kylie was measured in her response, explaining: ‘We’re not friends. But we are OK.
‘If I see him out or if I run into him anywhere, you know, I always wish him well. I have no bad feelings towards him.’
Kylie has also been more reserved than her siblings when it comes to opening up about her personal life on their reality show.
She was just nine years old when Keeping Up With The Kardashians started filming and she’s been thrust in front of the cameras ever since.
‘I learnt at such a young age how to deal with all of this in the best way for me,’ she explained to British Vogue of her ‘mash-up of shyness and chaos-inviting level of celebrity’.
Asked about her current boyfriend, Timothee, Kylie refused to answer, explaining why she doesn’t discuss her dating life.
‘Privacy is so important to me in life,’ she explained. ‘It feels so good.’

Kylie is also said to have shirked away from filming, with executive producer Farnaz Farjam revealing that Kylie ‘likes to film the least’ out of the family members.
It’s a move that Khloe Kardashian wishes she’d followed, previously confessing that she thinks they made a mistake airing certain aspects of their lives.
She penned in a 2017 essay for Glamour magazine: ‘Not every episode is juicy to us; it’s only juicy to the audience.
‘Things like Kim’s robbery or Caitlyn’s transition? That’s the kind of stuff we wish we had never filmed.
‘We aren’t ever like, “Oooh! Let’s do this for season nine.” This is our life, and these are the things that happen.’
Meanwhile Kim has admitted she regrets filming so much while she was pregnant, while Kourtney regretted filming her break-up with Scott Disick.
‘I had a lot of anxiety about it, and finally said let’s just get this over with,’ Kourtney told The Hollywood Reporter in 2017.
‘I sat down and started crying. You go through something, and then you move past it. Then you do your interview, and get all riled up again. And then you see the episode, and start seeing all these comments [on social media].’

In response Kylie mused about the importance of privacy, saying: ‘When you involve the whole world, everyone has an opinion. It’s not the healthiest. That part of your life should remain sacred.’
Kendall Jenner revealed that like Kylie, she had learnt the importance of privacy, adding: ‘The beauty of having older sisters is you learn so many lessons from them.
‘I’ve seen how their relationships have played out on TV so I learned that lesson. I I feel like it’s just better to keep it more private.’
With Kylie following her sibling’s lead it appears Timothee won’t be appearing on The Kardashians any time soon.
