Lisa Regan, from Portmead, Swansea, and her ex, Phillip Jones, from Brynhyfryd, Swansea, have been locked up for running a drug operation that supplied substantial quantities of cocaine to dealers in Wales.

Regan, 53, and Jones, 44, laundered the money they earned from supplying drugs to dealers via a café in Blaenymaes. The pair have been handed a combined prison sentence of 14 years.

Sergeant Luke Tucker from South Wales Police stated: “Between them, Lisa Regan, Phillip Jones and Tracy Lewis were responsible for flooding our local communities with significant quantities of Class A and B drugs.

“They thought that they were above the law – but they will have been devastated to discover that their operations weren’t as impenetrable as they thought. They will now get the chance to reflect on that over their long prison spells. Their removal from society has made our streets far safer and better off.”
