Man Utd information: Transfer goal’s spouse’s view on Manchester transfer and Ruben Amorim’s drawback
Manchester United will lose Bryan Mbeumo, Amad and Noussair Mazraoui to AFCON after they face Bournemouth and Ruben Amorim is already thinking of a big January transfer
Manchester United will be without several key players for AFCON after their clash with Bournemouth on Monday.
The Red Devils welcome the Cherries to Old Trafford as they aim to continue their three-game unbeaten run. Ruben Amorim will be missing Bryan Mbeumo, Amad and Noussair Mazraoui for the remainder of December. Nevertheless, the United manager is planning for Monday night’s fixture with all three stars available.
With the January transfer window approaching, supporters will be eager to see deals completed to bolster the squad for the campaign’s second half as United look to secure European football for next season. Here’s all the latest developments from Old Trafford.
Karim Adeyemi’s wife’s views on potential move
Karim Adeyemi’s wife could play a crucial role in persuading the Borussia Dortmund winger to make the switch to Manchester.
German newspaper BILD revealed the winger is currently negotiating a fresh contract that would feature a release clause worth approximately £70million.
Yet the Germany international must take his wife’s preferences into account when finalising any new agreement, and she has one particular requirement.

Loredana, who works as a rapper, would rather see her partner relocate to a “major European city” for his next move.
Consequently, the 23-year-old has been linked with numerous clubs, including United. A November report from BILD claimed the Red Devils had approached Adeyemi’s representative, Jorge Mendes.
Inter Milan have also shown interest, and both locations could certainly be seen as major European hotspots that would appeal to the footballer’s wife.
Mbeumo off to AFCON
Bryan Mbeumo seems unfazed about his potential early departure to AFCON next week, reports the Mirror.
The Cameroon international is set to fly off to the prestigious tournament alongside Amad and Mazraoui, with doubts still hanging over their availability for Bournemouth.
However, Mbeumo doesn’t appear to be worried, as evidenced by a photo he posted on Friday of his team-mates with an intriguing caption.
The image shows Amad pulling a funny face with French team-mate Leny Yoro in the background, accompanied by the caption: “No problem my boys,” along with a sunglasses emoji.
This response highlights the 26-year-old’s laid-back attitude towards his impending AFCON departure and his potential participation in Monday night’s match.
Nevertheless, Amorim will soon have to cope without the trio and will miss Mbeumo’s goal threat in particular. He confirmed in a press conference that the club are preparing with all three players in mind for inclusion versus Bournemouth.
Speaking on Friday, he said: “We are waiting until the last moment to have all the players available to choose the best team to start the game. I expect to have a decision today or maybe tomorrow.
“Every national team has their ideas about when they want the players. I don’t know if it’s going to be the same situation [with each player]. It depends on the games.
“It’s frustrating but at the same time nobody knows who is going to play. So it’s a good thing, I think. We have players to cope with everything, and with a long week you can see a lot of things to prepare the game and any situation.”
