‘Real-life Grinch’ caught on CCTV destroying Christmas show at upmarket restaurant in London

This is the moment a real-life Grinch destroyed a festive display at an upmarket Japanese restaurant in London‘s South Hampstead.

The vandal was caught on CCTV ripping into the over £700 installation at Yamatora, leaving debris littered across the pavement.

The restaurant worked quickly to repair the damage before opening. It is unknown who the vandal is, but Sophie Gault, head of operations said, ‘It’s a disappointing incident. The UK hospitality industry is already taking a battering and we could have done without one more idiot.’
