JoJo Siwa and Chris Hughes have talked marriage ahead of spending their first Christmas together – and confirmed when they really started dating.
The singer, 22, and Love Island star, 32, who met on Celebrity Big Brother earlier this year, will be spending Christmas with Chris’s family in England this year.
And ahead of the festivities, the pair have hinted they are already thinking about marriage in a sign their relationship is getting serious, and fast.
Speaking to The Sun, the couple discussed how, and when, a proposal might happen as JoJo joked she will be the one popping the question if Chris hasn’t got down on one knee in seven years.
But Chris was adamant he didn’t want to be proposed to, insisting he would be the one to pop the question.
‘It shouldn’t take you seven years to work out if you want to marry someone,’ he said. ‘So you can go off that and then that won’t ever happen.’

The pair were thought to have gone from ‘platonic soulmates’ to dating in June but JoJo confirmed the pair actually started dating the month before as she let slip their anniversary.
‘Just so you know, May 27th 2032, I will be down on one knee, I will not wait one extra day!’
Asked by the publication if she’s hoping for a ring for Christmas, JoJo’s eyes reportedly lit up as she said: ‘A ring?!’
JoJo and Chris’s chemistry became a talking point on Celebrity Big Brother as JoJo was in a relationship with her now ex Kath Ebbs at the time.
When Chris and JoJo then made their relationship public, it caused a stir on social media, with Big Brother viewers questioning if it was just a showmance to boost their profiles.
But the pair have vehemently denied the accusations and insist their love is real in a new interview.
‘I think anyone who meets someone on television, I don’t think it matters who it would be, there would be some people who would doubt it. I don’t think you can read into that too much,’ JoJo told The Sun.
Chris added: ‘We’re just bobbing and weaving and ducking and diving, kicking along.’

The television personality isn’t afraid of fast-paced relationships. He rose to fame on ITV2 dating show Love Island back in 2017, where he had a rollercoaster romance with Olivia Attwood, 34.
His romance with JoJo has moved just as fast, with the couple dividing time between their homes in the US and the UK.
Talking about the foundations of their love story, Chris insisted while they didn’t spend a long time dating, he really got to know the ‘ins and outs’ of JoJo in the three weeks they spent in the Big Brother house.
He said: ‘We spent three weeks with each other. I know we weren’t together then but it’s been a long time.’
Elsewhere in the interview, JoJo revealed a dealbreaker for them in making their relationship work is only accepting job offers which don’t put their romance in jeopardy.
She added: ‘Something important to both of us, is that nothing comes between us, is that nothing makes anything stressful or feels that we have to do something.’

The couple, who both use They/Them pronouns, appeared on an Instagram live on Monday evening, during which they showed off their engagement rings.
Kath was left heartbroken in August when the Dance Moms star appeared on Celebrity Big Brother in the UK, during which she formed a flirtatious bond with her now-boyfriend Chris Hughes despite being in a relationship with Kath.
At the CBB after-party, it was revealed that JoJo dumped Kath – leaving the latter ‘disorientated, numb and in shock’ – before the star started her romance with Chris.
They have now found love with Tilly, with the pair announcing their engagement after going public with their romance in July.
In a nod to a long-time crush, Kath revealed she ‘slid into’ Tilly’s DMs two years previously – but was ignored.
