Police swarm Devon magnificence spot after girl’s physique discovered within the water

A woman’s body has been found at a well-known beauty spot in the UK after being pulled from the nearby water.

Devon and Cornwall Police and other emergency services were called yesterday (January 5) after a body was discovered at Berry Head in Brixham.

A spokesperson for Devon and Cornwall Police said: “We were called around 1.30pm on Monday, January 5, following the discovery of a woman’s body in the water off Berry Head, Brixham.

“Emergency services attended but sadly, the woman in her 50s and from the local area, was pronounced deceased.

“Her next of kin has been informed.

“The death is not being treated as suspicious at this time and a file will be prepared for HM Coroner.”
