Toby Carvery launches £60 clothes line in merch drop as followers despatched into frenzy

Toby Carvery fans are going to be sizzling with delight as the roast dinner favourite announced a new line of merchandise — with the most expensive items setting you back just £60

Toby Carvery has sent fans into a spin after announcing a clothing line in its latest merchandising campaign. The beloved restaurant chain is hoping to strike it big with its new merch, following the likes of Greggs, which also saw a boom in sales.

The company is selling a host of different clothes online in its latest marketing venture. Among the different clothes on offer are cosy indoor garments to wear during the cold snap, as well as stylish bucket hats to sport when the festival season hits.

As well as this, the cost of the clothes has left customers floored, as the most expensive items cost just £60. The restaurant has said it wants to help fans show off their appreciation for their roasts wherever they go.

According to What’s the Jam, a “Big Roast Energy” set is the most expensive set on the new line, costing a total of £59.99. A whole set of clothes, the merch proudly boasts the logo of Toby Carvery itself, as fans could end up spilling gravy from their roasts on top of it.

Another top released by the company shows the logo of the company at the front, with 1985 written on the back — the year that the company was founded. Other items on offer include a stone-coloured “Eat Sleep Roast Repeat” hoodie, which is currently going for £44.99 a pop.

As well as this, for the same price, you could pick up the “Stacks on Stacks” hoodie. One for the true foodies out there, the top proudly shows off a slew of photos of Yorkshire puddings on the back of the back, bringing Yorkshire puds to the centre of fashion.

T-shirts are also on sale for £23.99 a piece, and even footwear has been released in the huge drop by the beloved roast dinner chain. Those who love Crocs will be beaming with delight, as a slew of charms to add as accessories have been unveiled, with the set costing £16.

Even those looking to getaway in the summer to their favourite festivals can get into the roastie spirit, with bucket hats and beanies also going on sale for £14 each. Speaking on the merch drop, a spokesperson for Toby Carvery said they were thrilled to help their customers show their appreciation.

“Our exclusive Tobywear collection is designed for ultimate comfort and made for those who bring big roast energy wherever they go,” the spokesperson said. “Whether you’re a Sunday regular or just can’t get enough of your Yorkshire puds, we’ve got you covered with cosy, laid-back loungewear.”

Customers have already given their reaction to the release, admitting they were more humoured than thrilled to see the new merch drop. One user penned: “Not going to lie, that bucket hat’s a bit of me.”

A second admitted: “I need these in my life.” Whilst a third added: “If Greggs can, why not Toby Carvery?”

This is not the first time that a food chain has released a major merch drop. Bakery fave Greggs took the nation by storm when it collabed with Primark to release a slew of clothing, ranging from socks and pants to football T-shirts, much to the delight of rabid fans who had been demanding them for years.
