Adult star with 38J implants shares ultimate publish earlier than tragically falling to her dying

Influencer Mary Magdalene, whose real name was Denise Ivonne Jarvis Gongora, shared an emotional post the day before she tragically fell to her death in Thailand

An adult performer renowned for her extreme cosmetic transformations opened up about her troubled upbringing before her heart-breaking death.

The 33-year-old – who went by Mary Magdalene online – passed away last month after falling from a tower block. Her body was found by workers in the car park after she fell from the ninth storey of the building in Patong, a seaside resort on Phuket Island.

Mary, whose birth name was Denise Ivonne Jarvis Gongora, had amassed over 400,000 followers across several Instagram profiles. The adult star was recognised for her extensive surgical alterations, including breast enhancement, rhinoplasty, buccal fat removal, brow lifts, buttock implants and dental veneers – alongside her ink work, which adorned her face and torso.

Beyond her career creating adult material, she was also an accomplished artist who developed a devoted fanbase for her trippy artwork, sculptures and self-portraits. The day before her premature death, Gongora posted an eerie farewell message to her social media following of two frames from The Truman Show’s closing scenes. The frames featured the protagonist’s words: “And in case I don’t see ya, good afternoon, good evening and good night.”

Within the post, Gongora also included what seemed to be a fuzzy childhood photograph of herself. Gongora’s life was fraught with difficulties, reports the Mirror.

She often revealed in interviews she was raised in a rigidly religious household where even Disney was off-limits. At the tender age of 12, she became sexually active and began experimenting with drugs.

“Twelve, thirteen were the wildest years of my life,” she previously said on the No Jumper podcast. She added: “I was doing lines of cocaine. I was going to school drunk in grade seven and eight.”

By the time she was 17, Gongora had taken up stripping for a living and later ventured into escorting, according to the Daily Mail. Her rise to internet fame came as a result of her radical plastic surgeries, which led her to join an adult subscription website.

“Because of that, I was able to stop dancing and escorting, which was making me depressed, so now I’m blessed enough to just live off that,” she previously stated. Gongora embarked on her plastic surgery journey at 21, starting with a breast augmentation reportedly carried out by a local dentist. However, in 2018, she made headlines for her decision to augment her vagina with fillers, aiming to make it “the fattest in the world”.

Gongora said: “I almost died during the procedure. I had to get two blood transfusions. The doctor said I was losing so much blood and turning very pale. He thought I was going to die.” She later underwent a vaginoplasty to reverse the surgery.

Many of her surgeries were illegal, leading her to globe-trot for her procedures. This resulted in severe health complications. At one point, her buttocks began ‘rotting’ after she underwent illegal butt injections, which she sealed with superglue.

In 2022, she disclosed she could no longer close her mouth due to numerous lip procedures. The following year, she was temporarily left with a single breast after one of her size 38J implants burst and deflated. More recently, she nearly lost her sight after tattooing her eyeballs blue and yellow. In the year preceding her death, Gongora had begun tattooing her entire upper body with pure black ink.

In a heartfelt post in 2023, she confessed she was “trapped in a never-ending cycle” of plastic surgery, constantly undergoing operations to correct botched procedures. Gongora said: “It’s not a fun little adventure anymore, it’s just draining in every possible way.”

“My time gets drained, my bank account, my energy, my health. And in the long run, you just kind of end up digging yourself into a really expensive time-consuming hole,” she added.

Following her death, Gongora’s brother Ivan shared a series of heartfelt posts to his Instagram Stories, uploading photos and videos spanning her life, including written tributes to the late Mexican-Canadian influencer. Her brother wrote: “You are so funny and so creative way more than i’ll ever be. I love you much more than words will ever say.

“You are my world. I wish things were different. Thank you for everything I love you sis.

“I jus wanna hangout with you one more time and tell you that I love you so much you mean the world to me.” he added.
