Minneapolis’s evening of chaos as protests erupt after one other ICE taking pictures – in photographs

Shocking images showed agents deploying tear gas and pepper balls at numerous protesters in a brutal clash, after another ICE official shot a person in Minneapolis

Minneapolis faced yet another night of unrest after an ICE agent shot another person just days after mum-of-three Renee Good was brutally killed.

A federal officer shot a man in the leg at around 7pm local time after a car chase to capture an “illegal alien from Venezuela”, Homeland Security claimed. The US Government added that the man they tried to arrest crashed into a car and allegedly attempted to flee on foot.

Two people from a nearby apartment came out to help the man and the DHS claimed their officer was “being ambushed and attacked by the two individuals” before the agent took out his gun and shot one person in the leg.

The City of Minneapolis confirmed that a man had been shot and was taken to hospital with non-life threatening injuries. The ICE agent was taken to hospital to be treated for his injuries, the DHS said.

Minneapolis Police chief Brian O’Hara said the FBI was investigating this shooting and Minneapolis mayor Jacob Frey accused the controversial and brutal immigration office of “creating chaos” across Minnesota.

Enraged locals gathered to protest against ICE and it’s savage acts across the city and state. The eyes of people across the globe were on Minneapolis last week when ICE agent Jonathan Ross killed Renee Good after she was stopped on a road, after dropping one of her kids off at school.

Protests also ignited after this shooting, while the Trump administration attempted to villainise the dead mum by calling her a “domestic terrorist”. The White House has sent around 3,000 ICE officers to Minneapolis in the past few weeks.
